A chocolate of place, purpose, and depth.

The Zotter Chocolates Labooko 80% Colombia bar is crafted from rare cacao grown on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta—one of the most biodiverse regions in the world.

This single-origin chocolate is made with 80% cacao and thoughtfully sweetened with a blend of raw cane sugar and muscovado sugar, creating balance without masking the character of the cacao.

Aroma
Warm cacao with hints of earth, spice, and subtle sweetness

On the Palate

  • Deep cocoa with a gentle, rounded sweetness
  • Notes that may suggest:
    • caramel
    • dried fruit
    • soft spice
  • A layered profile shaped by both origin and sugar choice

Texture
Smooth and structured, with a steady melt

Finish
Long, balanced, and quietly complex

This cacao is sourced from the Cooagronevada Cooperative, where women-led farming initiatives are creating meaningful economic independence while cultivating exceptional Trinitario and Criollo cacao.

Conched for 12 hours, this bar preserves the natural character of the cacao while allowing its complexity to unfold.
