Another passion of mine is running our unique neighborhood farmers market. Back in 2018, when the Historical Society asked me to manage their farmer’s market, I was inspired and energized to fill that need. I run it on R.E.D., just like Chocology:  Relationships, Education and being Different!  I especially connecting with our amazing community. 

We are very excited about our 2022 Market season and hope you will be too!  This season we are introducing health & wellness vendors into our community market, plus a Walking Club as well as the Stony Brook Mobile Mammogram, plus inviting our local non-profit organization to participate as well and so much more.

With our market being deemed “essential" and following closely CDC and New York State COVID guidelines, Linda pivoted quickly and came up with a way to connect our vendors with our shoppers,. Overnight, we launched one of the first online farmers markets (TVMobileMarket.com) on Long Island.  It’s been years now and we are still providing local foods/products with our safe pick-up and delivery service.
