Qantu Silk Road 70%

This bar truly surprised me!  A delightful fusion of Middle Eastern flavors—fennel, ginger, cassia, green cardamom, white pepper, rose, star anise, long pepper, Sichuan pepper, saffron, rose petals and yes, even clove! The complexity was incredible.

I first paired it with Port Wine, and it was absolutely scrumptious. Next up, I’m thinking of trying it with a Cab Franc!  I love how each spice lingered on my tongue, unfolding in layers of warmth and intrigue. A must-try for adventurous palates!
