Much of our happiness around a sensory experience is drawn from fond memories. The first lemon dessert I ever tried was Nanny's lemon meringue pie. I remember how I took comfort in a light lemon dessert even after a big meal. Years later I met my husband of Sicilian heritage. At a reunion I tasted his family's Italian cookie with lemon zest and lemon icing and loved it. Inspired by these memories, I infuse our homemade white chocolate with lemon and sea salt to share with you and your family. Enjoy.
