Being part of the Advisory Council for Salon du Chocolat New York has been one of the sweetest honors of my year. This show is the premier chocolate event in New York — and the largest in the United States. It brings together some of the most talented chefs, master chocolatiers, pastry artists, and cocoa visionaries from around the globe.
Last year I left inspired by the craftsmanship, storytelling, and heart that goes into fine chocolate. This March will be no exception — in fact, it will be the best one yet.
Salon du Chocolat is much more than a show. It’s a full day of:
Tasting extraordinary chocolates from around the world
Watching live demos from celebrated pastry chefs
Meeting bean-to-bar makers and hearing their stories
Enjoying chocolate-inspired fashion, art, and interactive exhibits
Discovering new flavors, new makers, and new favorite bars
