Last Saturday we had a blast tasting Hawaiian Tropical Smoothies here at the shop made with fresh cacao fruit. Everyone who came in loved the experience. Some people enjoyed the raw cacao, while others didn't, describing it as sweet, tangy, and slightly citrusy, reminiscent of lychee or mango. However, everyone adored the tropical smoothie we made from it! It was a burst of fresh, tropical sweetness, perfect for a hot Long Island day.

Join us Sunday, July 7th, at Suhru Winery for a decadent afternoon of guided wine, chocolate, and cheese pairings. This pairing has been inspired by beautiful, full-bloom fruity wines paired with floral and fruity chocolates. We’ll explore several creative ways to pair these delightful treats.
Imagine this: You savor a piece of Lemon and Sea Salt White Chocolate, its creamy sweetness and zesty lemon notes melting in your mouth, balanced perfectly by a hint of sea salt. As you take a sip of LIEB Viognier, the wine's rich, floral aromas and vibrant fruit flavors enhance the chocolate's citrusy tang. Next, you pair it with a slice of creamy French Brie, the cheese's buttery texture and delicate flavor adding a luxurious finish to this exquisite trio. The combination evokes feelings of joy and renewal, creating a symphony of flavors that delight your taste buds.
