About Fruition Chocolate Works

Walking along the beach one day, the name appeared clearly in Bryan Graham’s mind–– fruition. A dream realized. The point at which something bears fruit. For this baker, chocolatier, and pastry artist, it was both. Years of work toward the realization of his own confectionary business crystallized while on a road trip adventure with his wife and business partner, Dahlia. The two took a leap of faith in 2010 to wander the United States, in part, to seek out inspiration while they searched for the place that would hold their dreams. A dream that was but a seed, nurtured by commitment, craft, and a love of chocolate, tethered together by one couple’s perfect place––home. Fruition.
